Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing care of radiofrqeuency ablation for the treatment of uterine benign lesion. Methods Guided by B type-B ultrasonic monitoring, using coagulator, radio frequency was performed with fixed-point in uterine lesion, the local temperature, obtained by direct contact with coagulator in lesion, was up to 55℃~85℃,which resulted in necrosis, ablation of lesion tissues. It was in the treatment of 35 cases of hysteromyoma with diameter 5.0 cm,33 cases of endometrioma and adenomyosis,45 case of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and 78 cases of cervical erosion. Results The effective and curative rate of hysteromyoma was 100% and 96.5% respectively; The effective and curative rate of dysfunctional uterine bleeding was 100% and 98% respectively; The effective and curative rate of endometrioma and adenomyosis was 96% and 78% respectively; The curative rate of cervical erosion was100%.Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of uterine benign lesion is an easy handling procedure, and is effective for uterine benign lesion..The coagulator can't easily damage the normal tissues.
