Research objective. Study of condition of heostasis systeat patients with hysteroyoa coplicated by bleed- ing; coparative estiation of heostasis indicators at patients with uterine arteries ebolization (the basic group n=48) and abdoinal hysterectoy (coparison group n=65). Materials and methods. Coplex study of the basic heograparaeters and heostasis at 162 patients with hysteroyoa and 30 patients withoutarked genital pathology (the II control group) was carried out. 48 patients fored theain group which was subjected to uterine arteries ebolization for bleeding break; 65 patients (the coparative group) were surgically operated upon abdoinal hysterectoy; 49 patients with hysteroyoa had no bleedings and fored the control group. Research of heostasis systewas carried out byeans of test-tubeethod, and also by plotting set for express-diagnostics, analysis of throbocyte unit of heostasis systewas realized with 2-channel analyzer of throbocyte aggregation «Biola» — LA 230. Results. Presented analysis of heostasiograparaeters allows to state developent of chronic DIC-syndroe in woen with hysteroyoa. Reliable shortening of coagulation index, decrease of throbocyte aggregation function in coparison to the control group data were revealed. Conclusion. Developent of hyper coagulation with increase of paracoagulative products with siultaneous activation of fibrinolysis processes in all the patients with hysteroyoa was revealed. Minial effect of ebolization of uterine arteries to heostasis systein patients with hysteroyoa wasarked. And they were intensified after surgical treatent, which is the evidence of definite advantages of this �ethod unlike of hysterectoy.
