Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relative factors affecting postoperative pain in gynecological laparoscopy patients.METHODS 255 cases of gynecological laparoscopy were enrolled.The age,body mass index,duration of operation,consumption of carbon dioxide,location of the operation,the analgesics and sedatives during the operation,VAS scores and Ramsay sedation score after the operation were recorded.The recorded figures were analyzed statistically with multiple linear regressions.RESULTS Patients with long operation time,large amount of CO2,shiver and uterus surgery suffered severer postoperative pain.Fentanyl and midazolam could relieve postoperative pain.CONCLUSION Postoperative pain is relative to the duration of operation,the location of surgery,the dose of analgesics and sedatives drug and shivering.
