Related factors and predictive value of pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery of endometriosis patients

Objective To investigate related factors and predictive value of pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery of endometriosis patients. Methods All 112 patients with endometriosis laparoscopy were followed up for 1 year after pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes and related factors, and the use of ROC curve analysis analyzed its effects on pregnancy outcome. Results In 1 year 39 cases of successful pregnancy, the cumulative pregnancy rate was 34.82%, age, BMI, smoking, r-AFS stage, pelvic inflammatory disease or surgery, tubal obstruction merger, consolidation benign uterine disease,postoperative standard medication, EFI postoperative pregnancy-related factors(P 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis, mergers tubal obstruction, postoperative standard medication, EFI score was endometriosis pregnancy after an important factor(P 0.05). The area under the curve EFI 0.681(95% CI of 0.598~0.716), P 0.05, predict the critical value of 6 points, sensitivity of 0.71 and specificity of 0.65; r-AFS stage no predictive value. Conclusion EFI evaluation can effectively predict patients with endometriosis pregnancy outcome after laparoscopic surgery, r-AFS stage, tubal patency, postoperative pregnancy after standard medication also has significant influence.
