Effect of Neiyi Pills on Endometriosis in Rat

Objective:To observe the effect of Neiyi Pills in rat of endometriosis.Methods:Experimental endometriosis was studied in the female rat.The influences of Neiyi Pills on the volume of endometrial explants and the levels of progestogen and the hemorheological influence were observed.We evaluated Neiyi Pills' action in respects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Results:Neiyi Pills have the effect of inhibiting the growth of transplanted endometrium.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in the pharmacodynamic experiment provide evidences for releasing clinical symptoms.Conclusions:Neiyi Pills have the therapeutical effect on endometriosis.
