Abstract

Objective: To probe into the pathology of endometrosis,by studying the relationship between the periodic variation in blood stasis and endometrosis-related indexes. Methods: Choose 80 patients with endometrosis as subject to observe, and divide them into the premenstrual group(late secretion) consisting of 38 patients and the after menstruation group(early hyperplasia) consisting of 42 patients.Meanwhile, randomly select patients who have laparoscopic surgery for various benign non-endometriosis diseases as the control group. The three groups are tested for their value and classification of blood stasis, their change in hemorheology and their CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid. Results: 1.The two EMT groups are much higher than the control group in the value and classification of blood stasis, the change in hemorheology and the CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid, and the difference is significant(P0.01);In the comparison of various indexes of the two EMT groups, the premenstrual group is higher than the after menstruation group, and the difference is significant(P0.05).2.There is a positive correlation between the value of blood stasis, the change in hemorheology, and the CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid. Conclusion: The pathological change of endometrosis can be objectively reflected by combining the periodic variation in blood stasis of patients with endometrosis and other related indexes, and the result also lays foundation for clinical differentiation and treatment,as well as further researches.
