Analysis on Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery Treating Endometriosis

Objective To research and analyze the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery treating endometriosis. Methods 56 cases with endometriosis treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, each group for 28 cases. The control group was treated with laparotomy, and the experiment group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The clinical effect of two groups was observed and analyzed. Results After effective implementation of different treatment measures, the clinical symptoms of two groups improved. The bleeding amount in operation, retention time of urinary catheter, exsufflation time of anus, length of stay and stitches time of the experiment group was better than that of the control group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treating endometriosis not only can improve treatment effect, but also can prevent complications after operation, which has significance and is worthy of clinical promotion and application in clinical practice.
