Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of congenital atresia of vagina. [Method] Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 8 cases with congenital atresia of vagina complicating uterine function, including clinical manifestation, modus operandi and prognosis. [Result] 8 cases of congenital atresia of vagina were adopted vagina plastic operation with reservation of uterus. 3 cases of the total merged congenital cervical atresia and were adopted vaginal plastic operation and slivered abdomen operation. All cases were followed up for 1 to 101 months. 4 cases patients were blest. 3 cases patients were adopted synechiolysis for 3 repeating conglutination and clausura of vagina superior segment, moreover they were adopted abdominal hysterectomy due to unbearable menorrhalgia of adenomyosis and chocolate cyst of ovary after one year. 2 cases were lost, who lived in other provinces. [Conclusion] It was feasible to perform the operation of congenital atresia of vagina reservating functionality uterine. Although they are difficult to treat,they may retain the physiological and enerative function if they insist on taking tooting.
