EFFECTS OF LUOSHI NEIYI RECIPE AND DANAZOL ON BLOOD RHEOLOGY IN RATS WITH AUTOTRANSPLANTED ENDOMETRIUM

Objective:To explore the mechanism of treatment of endometriosis with Chinese drugs and the mechanism of adverse effects caused by danazol on blood rheology level.Method:Autologus endometrial segments were implanted in the peritoneum of rats,making experimental animal model.Rats were divided into four groups randomly:Control group,Model control group,Danazol group and Herb group,treated with normal saline,normal saline,Danazol and herb decoction respectively for one month.The effects of Chinese drugs and danazol on blood rheology of experimental rats were compared.Result:This experiment has shown that side effects of danazol might relate to its effect on blood rheology.Chinese drugs promoting blood circulation can improve hyperviscosity Syndrome.Conclusion:Endometriosis could be treated with western medicine combined with Chinese medicine,which can increase curative effect and decrease side effects.
