Abstract
The aim of this systematic review is to quantitatively review all evidence related to non-ordinary perception and mind matter interaction exceptional performances of selected gifted participants, and to compare their results with those obtained by unselected participants. The effect size ratio between the performances of the selected participants and those of the general population ranged from 280 to 4, depending on the task at hand.Researchers interested in studying ordinary extrasensory perception or mind-body interaction in either a normal or modified state of consciousness should carefully select their subjects.
