Recently the Hubble tension has also arisen. Therefore a radical solution is considered - to change the redshift scale-factor relation. A new relation explains why Concordance Cosmology, possibly using the wrong relation, needs an apparently low matter density and dark energy. There are solutions to the flatness problem, the coincidence problem and the Hubble tension.
