Abstract

Spontaneous pneumothorax can be associated with thoracic endometrioses in young women. Catamenial pneumothorax (CP) is defined as recurrent pneumothorax in a period of 72 hours before or after the menses and mostly affects the right pleural cavity. We report our experience of 4 patients with CP.
