Abstract
Abstract Aiming at the application problem of digital twin technology in the driving scenario of intelligent and connected vehicles, this paper proposes the design scheme of intelligent and connected vehicles driving system based on digital twin. Firstly, the concept of the digital twin, the general establishment method of the twin model, and the design process of the system are introduced; the framework of the driving system of the intelligent and connected vehicles based on the digital twin is proposed based on the technical condition, value demand of the intelligent and connected vehicles, and the architecture of the digital twin. Then, according to the functional requirements of the driving system of the intelligent and connected vehicles, the establishment method of the relevant model of the driving system and the logic of the functional realization are deeply elaborated from three aspects: the entity modeling of the driving elements, the dynamic modeling of the driving process, the simulation modeling of the driving process, and the application of various technologies in the modeling are discussed comprehensively. Finally, it makes an outlook on the development of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent and connected vehicles.
