Diagnosis value of ultrasound diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of B-mode ultrasound to gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods Retrospective analysis of 90 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen in patients with B-mode ultrasound examination results,and with the clinical diagnosis were analyzed.Results Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were 51 cases (56.7%),ovarian endometriosis were 19 cases(21.1%),corpus luteum rupture were 13 cases(14.4%)ovarian cyst torsion were 7 cases(7.8%).Compared with surgical pathology,B-mode ultrasound diagnostic were 83 cases,diagnosis rate was 92.2%,7 cases of misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis rate were 7.8%.Conclusion Using B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen should be asked in detail about history,with clinical symptoms and laboratory tests,in order to reduce misdiagnosis and improve diagnostic accuracy rate.
