Abstract

Objective:To investigate whether there is a correlation between the expression of cofilin(CFL1) of eutopic endometrium stromal cells(ESC) and PDGF stimulation. Methods:ESCs from twelve patients with advanced ovarian EMs were isolated. In a time-or dose-dependent manner,PDGF was added into culture medium depleted of fetal calf serum. The expression of CFL1 before and after PDGF treatment was detected by real time PCR.Results:PDGF induced the expression of CFL1 in ESC significantly in a time-or dose-dependent manner.ESC were treated with 10 ng·ml-1 PDGF for 0,3,6,and 12h,CFL1 mRNA expression were increased, when compared with non-treated ESC 6 h and 12 h had statistical significance(P0.05).ESCs were treated with 0,1,10,and 100 ng·ml-1 PDGF for 6h,CFL1 mRNA expression were increased with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions:PDGF can induce CFL1 expression in ESC.
