Establishment of model of endometriosis with estrogen receptor β gene in rats and capillary vessel observation

Objective To evaluate the model of endometriosis that was made through transplantion between superficial fascia and abdominal wall,and research the effection of estrogen receptor on development of endometriosis.Method Total 15 femal rats that took β gene were transplanted with autoallergic uterus thruogh surgical intervention,the tissue and shape of focus of infection and density of capillary vessel were observed through immunohistochemistry 21days and 29 days after operation.Results Dystopic endometria formed obvious cyst with mucus and had normal endometria endothelial cell,the density of capillary vessel in dystopic endometria was higher than normal endometria′s.Conclusion The model of rats′ endometriosis through surgical intervention can take for the model of researching of endometriosis,it is easy to research the effection of estrogen receptor on development of endometriosis.
