Experiences of Endometriosis in the Workplace

This study aims to add to the research of the experiences of those with endometriosis within the workplace, understanding their barriers and the impact their careers and workplace has had on them. Existing studies have highlighted the implications for those with endometriosis in the workplace, however there is a need for deeper qualitative exploration. Qualitative research within the topic of employment and the workplace for those with endometriosis will enrich the understanding employers, colleagues, trade unions, and health care professionals have.
