Abstract
Online courses are becoming more common in our educational industry as a result of the present, expanding technology. Today's students have the ability to fit in their education alongside their hectic lives due to online learning. Online classes have various drawbacks that should be taken into account, while being advantageous for students who are working while pursuing their education. The major objective of this study is to determine whether there is a difference between online and in-person instruction in terms of how motivated and self-reliant students are. This study determines if the communication medium is important in online education. This study also sheds light on the difficulties students may have when attending online programs, as well as how well they are adjusting to them.
