Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a) in the endometriosis(EMS) in serum and peritoneal fluid and its effect on clinical significance. Methods The double-antibody sandwich ELlSA endometriosis was detected in serum levels of VEGF and TNF-a,and do a correlation analysis. Results EMS patients in peritoneal fluid and serum levels of TNF-a and VEGF was higher than those of the control group, there is statistically significant difference(P0.05).Two groups of patients in the peritoneal fluid and serum TNF-a levels and VEGF levels in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were significantly higher than those the I ~ Ⅱ period, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions EMS in peritoneal fluid and serum TNF-a and VEGF levels were significantly increased, and with the development of the disease increased gradually, indicating that VEGF and TNF-a in the development of EMS,play an important role, and is expected to be EMS,auxiliary diagnostic index.
