Abstract
The formation of endometriosis(EMS) is divided into three A mode(Attachment,Aggression,Angiogensis), which is similar to the malignant tumor;Vascular growth in the formation of endometriosis is closely related to angiopoietin, trombospondin, matrix metalloproteinases, hypoxia inducible factor, transforming growth factor, endostatin and so on;These factors can affect the generation of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),which is important in the pathogenesis of EMS.
