Abstract
Objective To observe the hemostatic effects of hypophysin in shelling out endometriotic ovary-cyst under laparoscopy. Methods All 205 cases who were all practiced shelled out endometriotic ovary-cyst under laparoscopy in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2011.They were divided into two groups at random. The observation group had 135 cases and were all injected hypophysin in uterus and mesovarium under laparoscopy,one-side were 96 cases,two-side were 39 cases. The control group had 70 cases and were all not injected hypophysin in operation under laparoscopy,one-side were 49 cases,two-side were 21 cases. To compare the two groups in operation time, volume of blood bleeded in operation, the change of hemoglobin in perioperatively, the highest body temperature and the passage of gas by anus time after operation. Results The operation time, volume of blood bleeded in operation and the change of hemoglobin in perioperatively in observation group cut down obviously were not so many as control group, the difference was significant difference between two groups(P0.01).There were no significant difference in highest body temperature and the passage of gas by anus time after operation between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The use of hypophysin in shelling out endometriotic ovary-cyst under laparoscopy may shorten the operation time, reduce the volume of blood bleeded in operation, grow downwards the opportunity of electric coagulate ovaries availably,to safeguard the function of ovaries.
