VALUE OF ULTRASONOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia(EH). Methods The data of patients with histologically proven EH and normal endometrial were compared and analyzed. Results The thickness of endometrial of patients with EH was (18.97±9.35)mm, the control group was (5.15 ±2.56)mm, there was statistically significant( t=7.454, P 0.001). Conclusion Ultrasonography is helpful for both the follow up and differential diagnosis of patients with EH.[
