Observsion of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a on endomereisosis. Methods Eightysix patients with endomereisosis diagnosed by pathology were selected in Zhuhai maternity and child health hospital. They were randomly devided into trearment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were given laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a,then the patients in control group were given laparoscopic surgery. The rates of syndrome relief,relapse and pregnancy were observed two years after surgery. Results The rate of syndrome relief in treatment group was 85. 71%,which was superior to that in control group( 63. 64%). The pregnancy rate in treatment group was 63. 33%,which was superior to that in control group( 43. 75%). The relapse rate in treatment group was 11. 9%,which was lower than that in control group( 29. 55%). Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a is superior to laparoscopic surgery only,which can increase the pregnancy rate and reduce the relapse rate.
