Уровень цитокинов в перитонеальной жидкости женщин с наружным генитальным эндометриозом

• ·In the article there are the results of evaluation of cytokine level in the peritoneal fluid of patients with external genital endometriosis, depending on the disease extension and proliferative activity of endometrioid heterotopia cells. It is proved that when endometriosis sets in and grows progressively worse the cytokine quantity in the peritoneal fluid of patients increases, the cytokine have cytotoxic action and activate angiogenesis process (IL1Я, IL6 and IL8) as well as stimulate endometrium cell adhesion to peritoneum mesothelium (TNFα). The antitumorial cytokine level (IL2 and IFNγ) in the peritoneal fluid of sick women decreases and this decrease grows progressively as the disease extends and proliferative activity of endometrioid heterotopia cells increases.
