Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of endometriosis after new style C.S. Methods 18 patients of endometriosis after new style C.S were retrospectively analysed during 1998 and 2008. Results 18 cases were all underwent surgical resection of local lesions,given Gestrinone for 3 to 6 months after treatment,and followed up without recurrence for 1 to 2 years. Conclusion Surgery is the main management. To protect the incision during surgery,increase the operative skills and to cut down the rate of cesarean may help to decrease the occurrence of endometriosis in abdominal incision.
