The Iron-Lock Loop: A Self-Sustaining Disease Circuit in Endometriosis — Clinical Systems Analysis with Cross-Disease Extension

Abstract
This document proposes that endometriosis is maintained by a four-node self-sustaining biological circuit — the Iron-Lock Loop — connecting Fusobacterium nucleatum, IL-6/hepcidin dysregulation, peritoneal iron accumulation, and bacterial sanctuary formation. Each node is individually published across separate literatures. The synthesis and the multi-node simultaneous intervention protocol are new. A companion document extends the same circuit architecture to six additional conditions: schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cancer, and HIV/AIDS. All claims are falsifiable research hypotheses. Nothing in either document constitutes clinical advice.
