Abstract

Documentation of supervision is ethically required, yet few models exist to guide the supervisor in this process. The Integrated Supervision Casenote (ISC) was introduced as a comprehensive casenote that encompasses aspects of psychotherapy, developmental, and process models through a case study to illustrate application of all three aspects.
