Racismo sistémico y crisis civilizatoria: perspectivas desde un horizonte post-pandémico, tecno-colonial y retrotópico (Systemic Racism and Civilisational Crisis: Perspectives from a Post-Pandemic, Techno-Colonial and Retrotopic Horizon)

Spanish Abstract: El racismo sistémico a raíz de la crisis biosanitaria del COVID-19 se presenta como una fragmento holonómico de la crisis civilizatoria actual, el cual presenta en sí mismo la posibilidad del estudio sobre la tecno-digitalización de la colonialidad o el proceso sociotécnico, científico y unirracional desde el cual la modernidad como metarrelato, el colonialismo como su filosofía política y el racismo como expresión del cisma entre el norte y el sur-global, se transforman en una distopía de alta tecnología, que coacciona exquisita y placenteramente al individuo, donde el aquí y el ahora se convierten en el nuevo credo social de la indiferencia, pero sobre todo, donde se antepone la supremacía tecno-digital transhumana por encima de la otredad como nueva forma de vida post-COVID-19. El objeto del siguiente ensayo estará separado en tres ejes: a) el racismo sistémico como condición preponderante para el proyecto civilizatorio de la modernidad entendido como tecno-colonialidad; b) la retrotopía de Zygmunt Bauman como marco para la comprensión del carácter temporal-recursivo de la crisis de la civilización occidental; c) aportes, reflexiones y propuestas desde las afroepistemologías como expresiones de subversión al sistema-mundo opresivo. English Abstract: Systemic racism in the wake of the COVID-19 biosanitary crisis presents itself as a holonmal fragment of the current civilisational crisis, which in itself presents the possibility of studying the techno-digitization of coloniality or the sociotechnical, scientific and unirrational process from which modernity as a metarelate, colonialism as its political philosophy and racism as an expression of the schism between north and south-global , become a high-tech dystopia, which interacts exquisitely and pleasantly with the individual, where here and now become the new social creed of indifference, but above all, where transhuman techno-digital supremacy is prepended above otherness as a new post-COVID-19 way of life. The purpose of the following essay will be separated into three axes: (a) systemic racism as a predominant condition for the civilizing project of modernity understood as techno-coloniality; (b) Zygmunt Bauman's retrotopy as a framework for understanding the temporal-recursive nature of the crisis of Western civilization; (c) contributions, reflections and proposals from Afroepistemologies as expressions of subversion to the oppressive world-system.
