Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pills on the Changes of IL-6 and TNF-α in Peritoneal Fluid of Rats with Endometriosis

Objective: To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills on endometriosis of rats. Methods: Autologous grafting endometriosis rat models were established,and the successful moldel rats were randomly divided into a model group,a danazol group,Guizhi Fuling pills low,medium and high dose groups,and a control group. After 30 days,use ELISA method to detect the rat peritoneal fluid of IL- 6 and TNF- α contents. Results: Guizhi Fuling pills high dose group could obviously reduce rat peritoneal fluid levels of IL- 6( P 0. 05),high,middle dose groups could significantly reduce the levels of TNF- α in peritoneal fluid( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling pills have a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis in rats.
