Abstract
Abstract We introduce Droplet Paired-Tag, a multiomic technique which enables rapid and convenient mapping of histone modifications and gene expression simultaneously at single-cell resolution on a large scale. Compared to other techniques, Droplet Paired-Tag shows outstanding efficacy in reconstructing cell type-specific active or repressive gene regulatory networks in both cultured mammalian cells and primary mouse brain tissues.
