Treatment of endometriosis hy laparoscopy

Objective:To study the clinical value of application of laparoscopy operation to cure ovary endometriosis.Methods:Analyze the material gained from the application of laparoscopy operation to cure 56 ovary endometriosis, among which, 53 cases are the elimination of the cysts, and 3 cases are the elimination of single uterine adnexa.Results:All these 56 cases are operated under laparoscopy. There is no any side effect after the surgery. 26 cases have been followed, 20 of which has no symptom again, means that the results are satisfactory.Conclusion:Application of Laparoscopy operation to cure ovary endometriosis is safe, effective, less harmful and less painful. After the surgery, if medicine is combined to use, the recrudescence of the disease is very low.
