The genome sequence of a sawfly, Athalia circularis (Klug, 1815)

Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of Athalia circularis (sawfly; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Athaliidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 201.90 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.53%) is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.77 kilobases in length.
