Abstract

The stowage process of highway freight vehicles is a key link in Intelligent Logistics Transportation System. This paper is based on vehicle prediction to achieve the arrival time and the quantity of cargo-laden vehicles at freight stations, and adjust the stowage plan in real time to achieve dynamic cargo stowage. In the establishment of real-time dynamic stowage model, the truck arrival and departure time window and truck stay time constraints at the station are added. The purpose is to reduce the impact on the successive truck stowage. Then, the method combining genetic and simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model with the help of Matlab platform. The results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the delay time of trucks at the freight station, improve the operation efficiency of the freight station, and at the same time visualize the stowage results. Finally, through the comparison of dynamic and static stowage, it can be concluded that dynamic stowage is more realistic and reduces the waste of related resources at the freight station and reduces the operation cost.
