This paper presents a case report and literature review focusing on parietal endometriosis, a rare condition where endometrial tissue grows outside the pelvis. The authors describe a patient with chronic cyclic pelvic pain associated with a previous cesarean section scar, which was diagnosed as endometriosis at the surgical site. After undergoing surgical treatment, the case highlights the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this specific manifestation of the disease. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically describing a rare case of abdominal wall or parietal endometriosis occurring at a cesarean scar site.
