Abstract
This white paper introduces a first-of-its-kind quantum-integrated systems biology framework for understanding and reversing epilepsy. Combining quantum bioelectric modeling, AI pattern recognition, endocannabinoid system (ECS) recalibration, and miRNA-epigenetic mapping, the paper presents a multi-layered codex for decoding seizure initiation, propagation, and resolution. Core innovations include analysis of mitochondrial electron tunneling, ion channel decoherence, post-ictal entropy sinks, and Tesla 3-6-9 field effects on neuronal resonance. The framework integrates 20+ neurotransmitters, 30+ miRNA links, 25 metabolic targets, and 41 forms of programmed cell death (PCD) into an interactive alias-coded therapeutic system. Proposed clinical extensions include ECS-targeted interventions, neuroimmune balancing, and spin-state neuromodulation for seizure interruption. This manuscript provides the blueprint for AI-driven precision seizure therapies based on bioelectric coherence and multidimensional feedback loops.
