Abstract

Thyroid storm during pregnancy is a rare but potentially life-threatening condition that poses significant challenges for both maternal and fetal health. We present a case report of a 29-year-old pregnant woman who experienced thyroid storm during the third trimester. The clinical presentation, diagnostic challenges, and management strategies are discussed. This case underscores the importance of vigilance in monitoring thyroid function during pregnancy and prompt intervention to optimize outcomes.
