Abstract
A case of cutaneous endometriosis is reported. A 47-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of abdominal tumor lasting for more than 6 months. The tumor located on the lower part of umbilical depression, with a brown color and the size of 1.0 cm×0.8 cm in diameter. It had no palpable pains. The histopathology showed that in the deeper dermis there were some glandular elements in which lined with a single layer of columnar cells exhibiting the features of decapitation se-cretion at their luminal surface. Some clear cells were scattered in the columnar cells. The epithelial component was embed-ded in stroma.
