Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in reducing symptoms of depression among adults. Using a randomized controlled trial with 100 participants diagnosed with major depressive disorder, we assessed the impact of a 12-week CBT program. Results indicated significant improvements in depressive symptoms compared to a control group receiving standard care. These findings support the efficacy of CBT as a treatment for depression, highlighting its importance in clinical psychology and health.
