Особенности выбора критериев тяжести гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза с позиции синдрома системного воспалительного ответа

The purpose of the research the determination of the concordance of the change of concentration of proand anti-inflammatory cytokines and level of PCT for the early diagnostics of SSVR of patients with PIDPO. The research included 356 patients with pyoinflammatory diseases of pelvic organs who stayed in hospitals during 2000-2010. 59 of them were in the reanimation department and in the department of intensive therapy. The revealed correlations characterize the pathogenetic meaning of these indices in the process of the development of SSVR and testify about the balance disorder between the processes of activation and elimination of immunocompetent and anti-inflammatory cells in case of PIDPO. There have been stated the evident differences of the concentration of the given indices from their referential levels, more expressed in case of SSVR. The research showed that the assessment of the level of cytokines can be used only with the concentration of IL-6 and IL-8 as diagnostic and prognostic criterion for the severity and evidence of PIDPO. There are doubts about the possibility of the use of IL-1 and FNTα for the early diagnostics because of the peculiarities of pharmakinetics of these combinations.
