The surgery treatment of uterine endometriosis combined with infertility

Objective To investigate the surgery treatment of uterine endometriosis combined with infertility.Methods Sixty four patients of uterine endometriosis combined with infertility from July 2008 to July 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases of each group.The control group was given traditional abdomen opening surgery while the observation group was received laparoscopic surgery.The operative time,blood loss,hospital staying time and postoperative pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The mean operative time,blood loss and hospital staying time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P 0.05);the patients were followed up for 2 years,pregnancy rate in the observation group was 59.38% significantly higher than 37.50% of the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for treating with of uterine endometriosis infertility has good clinical efficacy,and it should be promoted in clinical.
