Abstract

This dataset contains genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for endometriosis, generated from a meta-analysis of UK Biobank (project ID 106528) and FinnGen R8 (data freeze 8, Fall 2021). The final dataset includes 239,102 individuals (20,915 cases and 218,187 controls). Summary statistics include SNP ID, chromosome, base-pair position, effect allele, non-effect allele, effect-allele frequency, beta (log-odds), standard error, P-value, sample size, and heterogeneity metrics. Genomic positions follow the reference build used in the source cohorts (consistent with UK Biobank and FinnGen R8 analyses). This dataset is provided to support reproducibility and further research on the genetics of endometriosis.
