Abstract

Objective To review combined procedures in laparoscopic surgery in 120 patients. Methods From October 2001 to June 2004, 120 patients were submitted to combined procedures by laparoscopic surgery. The procedures were laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)+gastric operation in 10 cases; LC+appendectomy in 7 cases; LC+herniorrhaphy in 8 cases; LC+decortication of renal cysts or/and liver cysts in 58 cases; LC+oophorocystectomy in 3cases; LC+resection of leiomyoma of uterus in 9 cases; LC+splenectomy in 1 case; LC+ Dixon's operation in 5 cases; pedicled small intestinal loap for colpoplasty in 11 cases; Laparoscopic gastrolysis+esophagectomy in 3 cases; appendectomy+lysis of intestinal adhesions in 3 cases and appendectomy resection of endometriosis in 2 cases. Results In all the 120 patients, laparoscopic procedures successfully without complications. Conclusions By laparoscopic surgery, two or more abdominal diseases could be treated effectively.
