Abstract
Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a common clinical disease.It is difficult to identify patients who are in real needs of treatment and give them appropriate therapy.The treatments for these patients should provide two functions:decreasing ultra blood lose and preventing endometrial organic diseases.After the diagnosis of functional disorders,sex hormone therapy is the first-line choose which are mainly progestogens therapy and the specific method varies due to individual patient.If regular hormone therapy could not get efficacy,organic disease should be excluded again.
