Abstract
The inspection results of 363 patients with purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages are presented in article. Various risk factors on progress of this disease depending on presence or absence of endometrial contraception are shown. The most significant risk factor of disease progress of against endometrial contraception is using of endometrial contraceptive more than five years. Risk factors of the complicated forms progress of purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages without application of endometrial contraception are: early genesial age, presence of sexually transmitted infections in the anamnesis, disease duration more than seven days, presence of purulent whites, fever and Blumberg's sign in combination with detection of Gram-negative aerobes in cavity of small pelvis.
