OA: closed
Abstract
To investigate the character and biological behavior of ovarian clear cell carcinoma.28 patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma and 43 patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma were compared in clinical symptoms, tumor size, ascites and endometriosis. As compared with the ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, the patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma more often had unusual menstrual cycle or postmenopause bleeding, took place in unilateral ovary, accompanied with endometriosis and the proportion of FIGO stage Ⅰ was higher. The clinical character of ovarian clear cell carcinoma is different from other epithelial tumor of ovary, which should be paid attention to.
