Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-acyl Anabasine and Cytisine Derivatives With Adamantane, Pyridine and 1,2-azole Fragments
New N-acyl anabasine and cytisine derivatives were synthesized and tested, with isoxazole compounds showing the strongest antibacterial effects and adamantane derivatives demonstrating the most potent antiviral activity, while most anabasine derivatives exhibited significant analgesic properties.
