Abstract
To study the idiosyncracy of the eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis. The expressions of MMP9,TIMP1,VEGF,ER and PR in eutopic endometrium were defected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 56 patients with endometriosis(study group) and in 35 patients with uterine fibroid(control group).Image dissector is used to determine that corresponding density represents its expression intensity. In eutopic endometrium, the expressions of MMP9 and VEGF,the ratio of MMP9 and TIMP1 are higher than that of the control group, and the expressions of ER lose the character of changing in a phase-depended manner during the menstrual cycle. The idiosyncracy of the eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis about of the high expressions of MMP9 and VEGF and the expressions of ER losing the character of changing in a phase-depended manner during the menstrual cycle may be related to the pathogenesis of EM.
