Ob bei Frauen mit peritonealer Endometriose ein Befall pelviner Sentinellymphknoten (SLN) vorkommt, ist unbekannt. Methode: Prospektive Serie mit SLN-Entfernung nach Blaumarkierung bei Frauen mit histologisch gesicherter Endometriose. Immunhistochemische Färbung für ER, PR, CK, CD-10. Ergebnisse: 37 SLN wurden bei 19 Frauen entfernt. Endometrioseherde (ER+, PR+, CK+, CD-10+) wurden in 2/19, disseminierte ER+, PR+, CK+, CD-10- Zellen in 16/19 Frauen gefunden. Schlussfolgerung: Frauen mit peritonealer Endometriose weisen einen pelvinen SLN-Befall in etwa 10% der Fälle auf. Disseminierte Endometriosezellen stromaler Herkunft finden sich in einem Großteil betroffener Frauen. Die lymphogene Aussaat ist ein potenzieller prognostischer und prädiktiver Marker der Endometriose.
