Second-look laparoscopy after laparoscopic cystectomy of large ovarian endometriomas
This study evaluated second-look laparoscopy in 42 patients treated for large ovarian endometriomas, finding that 92.4% had no residual endometriosis but de novo adhesion formation occurred in 21% of treated adnexae.
