Abstract
Aimed at defining clinical symptoms of connective tissue dysplasia in women having ptoses and fallings of internal genital organs, we examined 30 women with aged from 35 to 77 years. The study demonstrated that frequency of connective tissue dysplasia tends to be greater in pathologic level of urine oxyproline in the setting of the II and III degrees of genitals prolapse. In this condition, the disease has later onset and shorter duration. Clinical symptoms of connective tissue dysplasia result in higher frequency of the disease recurrences.
